A Japanese art which blends many
components of different arts. Hard-style techniques such as punches,
kicks, hand striking techniques, blocks and also soft-style arts such as
hand escapes, throws, constriction (choking), take downs, joint locks
and many combinations of not only each individual style but integrating
them together to accomplish the most efficient techniques for the moment
when needed.

| Danzan-Ryu Ju Jitsu
Danzan-Ryu is a collection of arts originally taught by
Professor Henry Okazaki in Hawaii. Prof. Okazaki incorporated facets of
Judo, Jujitsu, Hawaiian Lua, Okinawan Karate, Chinese Kung-Fu, and
American Wrestling into Danzan-Ryu, as well as the healing massage art
of Seifukujutsu.
