Warrior Woman Training

This is a class for women who want to train to defend themselves and those around them.

Each session we will cover a different aspect of fighting and it’s principles including punching, kicking, takedowns, groundfighting, grappling, pain/leverage compliance, reading body language, multiple opponents…whew! And that’s just the tip of the iceberg! We will also cover using sticks, knives, and everyday objects as weapons. Please arrive for your first class by 6:20 pm for registration.
